Ok guys I need some help, looking at lighting for my sump as I have decided to set up an algae turf screen and need to light it close up from both sides with a 5-6000K bulb. Looking at ordering these BULBS unless anyone is going to put me off, or suggest a cheaper source? Plan is just to put a pendant light fitting in the tank hanging each side and seal the bulbs in with silicone around the base, but I am open to suggestions.

Cheers Ben nice bulb for normal sump light but with running the algae turf filter the lights will be very close to the screen so that may be too powerful. I'm hoping to find a shop somewhere that does them over the counter and avoid delivery costs.Plan is to use 2 clip on light bayonets and seal them entirely with silicone so housing is water tight, then going to cover the whole middle of the sump with a foiled cloche.
