Well, I just ordered a pair of German Blue Ram through my LFS and am thinking about breeding them as its very hard to find any locally. But the problem is the water I have is very very hard with a pH of around 8.2. So i've resorted to RO water. What are some good products that I can use to buffer the water to a ph of around 6.5 while at the same time keeping it soft(gH very low but a good kH to have pH stability) . I was looking at Seachem's acid and alkaline buffers. http/www.seachem.com/products/product_pa...AcidBuffer.html
I was also suggested Kent's RO right for freshwater. Is there any other products that y'all would recommend? Thanks in advance.
