Bubbles Cumin From Gravel

hey guys wots up just a lil chat here 1st i tell my set up.

I setup my tank for a planted tank. My subtrate i used was dirt bout 3-4ins toped with 2-3 mm black gravel.And my tank is a 150L

Its bin setup now for bout 3 weeks and latey bubbles hav bin cumin up from gravel so i hav bin poking the gravel to get them up. Now i no it cud b a gas thats building up. But was think if it cud b air stuck in the dirt from wen i set it up. If any one has had his in there dirted tanks let me no then.

I dont now much bout the gas it cud b so if any one noes more bout the gas it cud b wud b happy to hear more as i only no lil and i no it can b deadly.

And if i cud sort this out b4 i stock the tank thaxs

I have a similar set up. It's just trapped air escaping as things settle.

Thats wot i was hopin.But i hav heard bout havin built up gas but only heard that with deep sand bed. Why did it do that to with with the dirt yea.

Ive got 2 inch of play sand in my tank. And along the front of the tank, i get a lot of gas build up. I rake the sand once a wekk to free the gas.
Where the plant roots are is fine no build up
