you could put in some otos or cory cats (depending on the size of your tank), snails, ADFs, ghost shirmps would also work

btw, brucie is a lovely betta i love the color on him

Lovely fish but as said, from the pics it looks like a big tank for just a betta!

I'd go with Oto or Cory tank mates for sure!
