Couple of things to think about:

Is your spray bar facing upwards to create loads of turbulence?
Where is your power head pointing? Consider pointing the flow so that it bounces off the front or side

yeh got the spray bar pointing up at a 45 degreee angle and its creating quite a bit of nice surface movement, and got my powerheads preety much facing opposite side wall but should have my koralia 2 tomo and that will be going on back wall on other side to create a good all round flow.
