Brown stuff around female's mouth

My female cambodian have these brown spots on her mouth. It's not sticking out or anything and seem to be part of her. Is it normal or is it actually a sickness?

How old is she?

My male cambodian CT has a brown face and lips which makes him look like he's going rusty so I just wondered if maybe she was still getting her colouring yet?

I have no clue how old she is but she's about 1 1/2 inch long including tail. Her entire body is like a regular cambodian except for the red gills. By the way, is the red gills normal? The brown patches are only on her lips.

Brown spots can be a parasite, also read gill indicate gill flukes, what are your test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, is the fish heavy breathing and flicking against objects.

I dont have any test for ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph. The female betta doesn't have any breathing problem, swim normally and never in jerky movement unless there's an earthquake, she stays in the middle and top and rarely on the bottom except when the food drops down. She blows bubbles (smaller-than-average bubbles) and is pretty active.
