Brown Algae

I have been noticing an increase in Brown Algae growing on the glass of my tank. Time to clean the tank, i know. But the algae is also growing on the leaves of my artificial plants and my other decorations. How do you get these clean? Its very small amounts at the moment... but I have a feeling that its going to grow pretty fast pretty soon. Any advice on what I should do?

I know I need to clean the glass, and i have also been thinking about geting a few Snails to *help* a little.

Mine started out the same way, now I have brown algae on a ton of my plants, I can't get it to go away. Maybe some otos?

Make sure your tank is not in direct sunlight. if it is you will have to move it. The increased light will create an algae bloom.

Its not in direct sunlight.


But i found this link. I will do what it says and see how the Algae turns out.
