you said "one of my new paradise fish" indicating that you got more than one... just how many did you get? paradise fish are as aggressive if not more so than bettas, so its possible that your missing fish died from battling it out with another paradise.

i bought 3 - 1 male, 2 females

its not jut that the fish died, i always have a few casualties every now and then when introducing new fish

but the shop gives a 10 day guarantee that the new fish will not die within 10 days

i cant get my money back because i have no evidence to prove the fish ever died
