can i feed them canned peas without boiling them? will they eat omega one small cichlid pellets? they are only about 1 inch long there is 2 of them in my 20 gallon long with 2 gbrs and 3 ghost shrimp

Yes, canned peas should be fine, they're precooked prior to canning. I usually feed mine frozen peas, I just boil the kettle and drop a few into a bowl and then pour the water over them and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Maybe try them with some Zucchini. I buy fresh zucchini, cut off a slice and add that to the bowl with the frozen peas about twice a week and my BNP goes crazy for it

Not sure about the pellets, but generally any fish food is made to be eaten by any fish - some are more species specific, such as cichlid pellets, but they can be consumed by any fish. (My shrimp love to eat the pellets I have for my Cory's and BNP - and one of the first ingredients is Shrimp)

The peas will sink to the bottom of the tank, good luck my bristlenoses won't touch anything other than Hikari algae wafers.

how long would it take my 2 plecos to reach about 3 inches? if they are 1 inch right now
