hi all just been up to my lads tank and my female bristlenose is laying egg but the male is not looking good he has a big belly with and orange ball hanging out of his bum any ideas plz

Leave them be, unless he looks in need of medical attention (in which case he wouldn't be paying any attention to the female). Are they generally healthy fish?
