Hi, I am being given two Bristlenose catfish tomorrow night and was just wanting to check that they will be compatible with my 6 fully grown Angel fish, I have had a little Bristlenose in the past a long time ago and my Angel seemed very fascinated with it and picked at it a little, does anyone know if this combination is going to work?
Thanks KAZ.

Their fine, BN's will tend to hide most of the day and they love some bog wood.

I will say some Angelfish can be prone to picking at them as in staring for long lengths of time and "pecking" them when suctioned on the glass ( my angels have done it) and around breeding time may be at some risk but BN's aren't stupid fish and should be fine

Ive got 1 with 2 angels, they dont notice it, swim straight past
when its on the side of the tank. But he spends most of his time
hidden in some bog wood.

I have had BNs with Angels, the female BN was completely ignored but the Angels were fascinated by the males bristles but they never actually hurt him. He seems smart enough to know when the Angel gets the 'I wonder if thats a tasty worm on that fishes head' look in his eye and scarpers under a log. Cover & hidey holes is the key.

Thanks for all the help everyone, I know that look the Angles get in their eye's, LOL, I have plenty of caves and hidy holes so I'm glad that they will fit in fine.
Cheers KAZ.
