I've recently fallen in love with a type of fish which is new to me, the Albino Bristle-nose Pleco. I would really like to get one but would it be safe to keep with 2 panda corys? My corys don't seem to bother much in the way of cleaning more like two busy bodies flying in and out my bubble wall.
So would these two species be compatible?

what size tank is it? also try and get another 2 panda corys (depending on tank size) :good:

Its only a 29 gallon/110L tank, so It might be to small? Even though I'm already wanting a larger tank!
Oh and do males and females get the bristles?

i would say 29 gal would be ok for a bristle nose (uk gallons im assuming?)

Its the males that have the most bristles, females either have none or just a few small ones around the front of the mouth. The males have them around the front of the mouth and up inbetween the eyes

What else is in the tank though? dont forget plecs are messy and create a big bio-load

Sorry for not specifying I meant US gallons. I currently have 2x Panda Cory, 16x Neon tetra 2x Gouramis. Im running an aqua clear 50 filter and I am looking at either picking up a second or buying a canister filter in the near filter just to get as much water turned over as possible

Yeah I think you should be okay :) But as said add a few more cories, ideally upto 6 :) But other than that looks good to me, also if you can get an external filter go for it they really do kick #16#####!!
