HI GUYS,
so i still havent figured out how to post proper pictures on here - but i did you guys even one better
TODAY my bettas mated and i actually got to see the whole process, usually when i breed bettas im at school and just find the eggs in the nest
so i took ALOT of VIDEOS AND PICTURES and decided to edit a short video with music- so here it is, hope you enjoy
theres pictures of the whole process at the end so make sure u watch it all

and hope to hear some great feedback and depending on how many ppl respond, i will follow up with a development video of the fry

lol yeah the tank is good to go , it cracked- but trust me i put layers and layers of cement glue followed by a coating of silicone and patches where it was leaking just in case... its been like that for a while so im pretty sure its good to go.

a bit unfortunate zorro chose to build the bubble nest there, but yeah ';p

Yeah I believe the female
Is a black/ silver dragon both bettas were bought at a pet store and the staff weren't that knowledgable-

I usually go to pet stores all the time until I find that rare find, so I kinda had to do the research- but definitely looks like a dragon to me

LOL! I'll be posting updates the bubble neat this morning was centralized to just contain the eggs, and zorro has been doing his Job of transferring the bettas so they get oxygen and prevent mold so all is good so far!

So I can see around 7-8 fry, this seems to be the norm with my, do you guys have any tips/suggestions as to how I can get more fry.....

ill keep udating then , its really hard to capture the fry on camera because their so small! but lately theyve grown alot so ill see if tomorro i can take some pics... so far i see 10 fry which is more than i expected, hopefully one day ill be able to get more. the first big picture was taken a day after eggs hatced, they were not free swiming and were just attached to the glass of the tank. the second smaller one is about a week after hatching they were free swimming by then but slowly. now their a bit bigger and swimming really fast their developing nicely. ofcourse some are twice the size of others, but very exited to see what coloring they get. im hoping to get majority male and a few females.
