Breeding Bn Plecs-avice Needed

Ok got the basics right, got a male albino and a female brown.
They are in a tank at 26 degrees (room temp-no heater), water stats perfect, nitrates high at 80-100ppm but doing water changes to bring it down, tho tap water is quite high anyway.
They have a cave, and a coconut shell.
Can I kick start breeding? How can I make babies?!!
