Hi guys
I have 4 Ancistrus Rio Ucayali "red seam" and am sure mr and mrs are paying visits to the cave.
My question is, if they breed will the fry be fine around the breeding cave until I notice they are mobile and catch them or will they spread around the tank.
I ask as the caves are at the opposite end of the tank to the inlet for my Fluval 305 external filter and last thing I want is to loose lots.
As soon as I notice anything I'll be using a plastic breeding trap and/or moving on other fish in my tank.
