Brass Tetras

I have four "brass tetras" but can find no info in them , any thoughts, or ideas what other name to search them out by?? Sorry about the poor pics....Thanks for any help......

hard to tell from the pic but it looks like Hemigrammus rodwayi Gold tetra, to me
