OK bad news guys I think I may have gone in far too quickly. Looked in the tank this morning to feed the clowns & could only find one of them, had a look in all the gaps in the rock but couldnt find one.....

might have jumped into the rear compartments, my fish done that once

Have you found it yet? As bagu said look in back weir, my clowns regulary jump over the back its a pita and can be stopped by lowing the water level (although this hasn't stopped mine )a bit, or putting some sort of covering over the weir

yea take a look in the rear compartments.....My clowns done this regular..Forever getting them out.Its a real design fault with the orca....Stopped them now mind.....

my tetra got sucked in and minced in the power head

but im sure the clown wont have!
