Bolivian (red) Ram Sexing

Hello everyone!

I have a single Bolivian Ram that I would like to get a partner for, however I keep on second guessing what sex it is. I have read online that the chin is a determining feature but I cannot tell if it has a pronounced chin like a female or not. Any comments are much appreciated.

Don't tank my word for it. But it looks to me like a male. The breeding tube looked more pointed than rounded in the 3rd picture.

Hi there,

if it's any help here's a picture of my pair, the female is on the right. Also a picture of my male on his own where you can clearly see his breeding tube. These pics were taken shortly after I got them, they have coloured up so much more since then.
