is 1 pair ok for my 10 gallon tank?

im jus making sure lol

the females have a pink belly... males dont... should be easy enough to pick a male and female... or maybe theyll have a pair alrdy there for me at the lfs lol... any info i should know before i buy these little monkeys

ya i wanted to get german blue rams but they're not near as hardy so i too might be gettin some bolivian rams

im wondering about pairs... should i only keep 1 pair in a 10 gallon ?

I would say no. Profiles say that they are territorial with eachother. I would think ten would be kinda small for them. usually its suggested they be kept in a 30 gal.

But I've never owned any... so hopefully someone will step in and give you accurate info. This was just IMO.

lol... i saw that on 1 of those sites.. 30 gallon... another site said 10... so far i asked 2 people that had them and they said a 10 gallon is ok for 1 pair..... im gonna get a pair for my 10 gallon tomorrow.. ill let u all know if a 10 is ok lol... if not i have other tanks for them to chill in if a 10 is too small
