I found my smallest bolivian ram floating at the top of the tank yesterday. His face was gone. Nothing but bones, but the rest of is body was intact. I thought he was a danio at first but then to my horror, I realized that it was the smallest and my favorite ram. The big ram was alway picking on him, so I'm guessing that's why he died, and then the tetras had a feast. Apparently I'm gonna have to get some mean little fish to ut them in line 
That little fella was tough though, once I saw him pushing around the full grown big ram who is twice the size of him. I gotta go change my signature now
