Boiled peas as treat for bettas

Can i feed my bettas boiled peas as a treat or should i do it only once in a while to get rid of constipation? My bettas seem to love these peas.

Try to do a veggie of some sort once a week to clean out their systems

What other veggies are edible besides peas?

Cucmber and zuchinni are both good. I use formula I which is a frozen food made for marine fish, it's mainly seaweed and they love it

my betta looves cucumber

butall bettas are differnet, you could maybe try a variety of foods over a period of time to see what it likes

Lol just fed my betta some peas earlier and after 4 days of being constipated, he crapped a peice the size of montana. His swollen belly reduced to half the size. It was funny because I was literally sitting there waiting for him to crap.
