Hi All
Last week I got a fantastic large piece of bogwood of ebay and it has all ready been in tank but was left to dry out while being sold.
I have cut a section of to make 1 large and 1 small to make a great feature in tank . I have had it soaking since monday evening but both bits are still floating.
How long will it take roughly for them to sink ?
Really want this in now as just up graded to bigger tank so all idears wanted

Unfortunately it will take as long as it takes. Just stick it in your tank and weigh it down with some rocks or whatevers already in there in the mean time :good:

always use string and weights to hold it down that's what I did takes a bit of time before it becomes fully soaked depending how hard the wood is.

Like what garyspence84 said, it sinks when it sinks, but If you want to, I heard you can attach  it to a piece of plexiglass and put that under the substrate
