I'd check your water - ours only change colour when stressed.

(In our maing tank they change colour to suit their surriundings (eg go lighter when on the gravel and darker again when hanging around on the bog wood)

Ours dont change colour when breeding... the female will get a lot larger around the middle when she is egg laden.

yea he does go dark wen his on the wood

also the females is pritty large around the middle area

i dont think that the female is happy with the males cave anymore because she keeps leaving it and going into the PVC pipes

the males cave is really quit big though

do u think there is anythink that i could do??

just leave them to it... our female in never near the tubes they spawn in...
