Bn Pleco For A 10 Gal,

I have what I think is an albino BN pleco, are they recommended for a 10 Gal.?

I have one in my 10 gallon, seems pretty happy. However, I'd not add too many other fish to it.

I thought about putting it and a betta-giving that a shot.

Actually that's my setup right there, have a couple tetras and a couple cories in there too, and they all get on fine.

I really like the Bristlenose Pleco - would like to add one to my 10g tank (which is still going through a fishless cycle).

But I thought from asking around that they grow too large to be housed in a 10g comfortably (regardless of other fish).

Am I wrong? I kind of hope I am really...

I have three Chaetostoma thomasi in a 20 gallon tank so one should be fine in a 10 gallon so long as you have an efficient filtration system.

I'd personally house a BN in a minimum of 15G+ as they are big waste producers and need good filtration with plenty of oxygen.
