white poo can be a sign of internal parasites, not moving and not eating much could be a sign of a bacterial infection.

sounds like the tank is cycling and it's made the fish poorly, read this which should help you get things sorted and better for the rest of your fish, sadly i don't think the ram is long for this world.

the cause of the problem is a lack of the correct bacteria in the tank to keep things healthy (as explained in the topic i linked too above) however the treatment needed would be an antibacterial medication which would prohibit the growth of the correct bacteria and stop the cause of the problem beign fixed and therefore meaning it would carry on or other illness's would develop.

24c is much too cold for rams. they come from the orinoco river system colombia, venezuela and the ecuator runs over this so they like it hot like discus. 24c is only 75f. they like to be kept at 28c -82+f

Blue Rams need establihed tanks with the required water conditions, 24C is way too cold!

Sounds like a bacterial infection to me, my first ram died because of one. I would feed anti bacterial food, Isolation and waiting is a give away. (White poo? now that is strange I some internal parasites mess fish up really bad)
I hope your fish gets better, blue rams are too cute to die

Yes that is true, they like very warm water I keep my south american tank at 29C.

Hi there. Another thing i have seen no one mention is that they like to live in pairs (i think) so maybr hes not moving around much because he is lonely. i have 2 blue rams in my tank and all they do is swim around together then stop and hover, then swim and stop... etc... they arn't very exciting fish but are very attractive!

1st the obvious has been said, too cold, the red on the stomach is it a deep red or more of a pink colour it could just be a female, and u said about ammonia . "ammonia: dont no how to work these out" - thats not the best attitude 2 have and there is no working out necessary u should have a test kit which requires minimal effort.
its more than likely a bacterial infection as iv heard rams r quite susceptible to these things and shouldnt be kept in anything other than established tanks.

Thats not entirely true. I have a 8 week old tank and my two blue rams have been living there peacefully for the best part of 4 weeks.
