my blue mgpk spawned today and i am made up, it only looks like a small spawn but i have been told that plakets tend to stack their eggs so it might be bigger than i think. will keep you all updated and will try to get some pics. I have just been watching the dad and it's so cute to watch him catch the eggs when they fall, he is a good little daddy

father and babies still doing fine, the eggs have started to get the little brown lines in now. I am still feeding the father bloodworm to keep him happy and to stop him snacking on the eggs  . The mother is in really good shape and hardly has a mark on her, just a little bit of her fin missing which is great seeing as plakets are usually rougher than other bettas during breeding

Are these the really... 'tropical' looking MG's? LOL, bad description, but they remind me of a tropical island, with all that blue and yellowy bits. Good luck with them :fun:
