Blue lobster not blue ?

Hi,
Does anyone know how long it takes after a moult for a blue lobster/crayfish to get back to their original colour ?
Mine was bright blue, until his moult, a week later he's still a brown/green colour. Some pics here http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=56970
Is it his diet? - he gets plec tabs, crab cuisine and of course everything else he can get his claws on.

It could be it's been hiding to let it's shell form well so it hasn't been getting lots of light which helps to bring out the colour.
