I'm not sure what pet store name they give these fish in Canada but here's pictures of my "Powder Blue" Dwarf Gourami, note the lack of very defined stripes on the flanks:
Here's a picture of my Common Dwarf Gourami for reference. There's also a "Neon Blue Dwarf which had a dark blue replacing much of the red on the fish's sides but I don't have a picture of one of those:
Both are different color morphs of the same species.
Here's a very young "Blue Three Spot" Gourami, as you can see the body length & shape is completely different:
Here's my full grown female "Opaline Three Spot" Gourami, which again is just a color morph of the Standard Blue Gourami:
