Blood Worms

I just bought a pack of bloodworms in a pop out pack...quite similar to the ones u see tablets in...Well I just dont know how much of it i put in my tank i dont want to pollute my tank with food. Is there a reasonable amount for just 2 adfs? or do I put the whole little tab but only feed them every other day?

Depends how big the cubes are, the ones i buy are about an inch by half inch and half inch wide. I pop out a cube, then slice it and stab it with a chop stick until it breaks up, then i split it between about 6 small 2 inch zip lock bags and re freeze it. When i feed the frogs i dip the bag in the tank to get a bit of water in it, then wait a minute or so for it to defrost and pour it back in the tank. I feed mine every other day.
