Blood Parrot Tank Mates?

Ok, ok I know these fish are a hot topic and everyone has an opinion on their existence. I personally am not a fan, sure they are cute but does that make up for the many drawbacks ...no. Unfortunately my non-fish hubby agreed to take a friends fish so they coould move and now I need to know what will best live amicably with it. I have a 30 tall with a penguin 300. I would prefer something that gets along with cories as these are a 'must have' fish as far as I am concerned. Not a fan of barbs, angels, swords or mollies so please dont go there.

you could try come gouramis such as pearls and opalines - I have had success with them with blood parrots before

Hi, A 30G tall will be too small long term but until then you could go with some larger tetras like red/blue Colombians or some of the smaller rainbows (praecox), Danios (giants, zebras, leopards).
Also possibly something like a pair of Golden Panchax for the upper level
