Blood dragon mating?

Hi guys i am new to fish

My question is.. why are my blood dragons swimming around each other in circles, the male keeps doing a dance i can only explain it as if a peacock was to dance and show off his feathers to get the females attention.
And the male blood dragon keeps chasing other fish away from the female..
Are they mating?
Or trying to mate?
