If a member blocks you am i right in thinking they can still see your posts, just pm's cannot be sent to that member?

If you block someone you will still see that they have posted in a thread - but instead of their (irritating) words you see "You have chosen to ignore posts from [annoying troll]. Click here to view this post " (which will reveal that post only) and another "click here" in order to be able to take them off your ignore list completely.
