My male dwarf blue gourami is really bloated? His scales arent raised and it doesnt really look like dropsy, he is swimming normal although a little slow and is feeding fine? What could be wrong with him? I fed them blood worm yesterday could he have over eaten?

Could be constipated try some shell peas and daphnia.

He is acting fine if a bit more agressive is there anything to worry about?

Wow that's bad, does it look lumpy, with no scales sticking out, and he can maintain his balance it could be a growth, can you touch it to see what it feels like, if it's hard and lumpy, or filled with liquid.

Hes acting fine?!?!?! Is touching it going to stress him out?? I have never held my fish before is it safe?

Just try and feel it while the fish is in the tank.

Was very hard to do but it feels hard, very like the rest of him, not liquidy at all. I added some more stress zyme to the tank afterwards it was very stressfull for both of us! :)
I remembered i thought i saw a grey leach about an inch in the tank, it was kind of dead i believe it came into the tank with the bloodworms which i get frozen. I only saw it briefly as it was at the back and the tank is very heavily planted. Do you think it might be in his stomach? He couldnt each a whole one could he? It might not have been anything as i couldnt really see. The cons of havent lots of plants! I loose my apistogramma for days at a time!
Thank you for all your help!

What's it look like when he goes to the toilet, look at the anus does it look enlarged and inflamed, here is abit of info on leeches but i'm not the author of it.
Leeches

Symptoms:

Infected fish can be seen with worm-like organisms up to 2 inches, which firmly attach to the skin, fins, or gills. Red lesions or sucker marks may even be present.

Cause:

Leeches. Leeches feed on flesh and blood and can cause significant damage if they are not dealt with swiftly. Leeches often carry various bacterial and parasitic illnesses; therefore, secondary infections may follow. Leeches are usually introduced into the aquarium via live foods and plants.

Treatment:

The most effective medications are Fluke-Tabs, Clout, Paragon and Trifon. Salt dips are also very effective. Removing live Leeches from fish is not advisable considering how strongly they adhere to the body of the fish. Attempting to remove them may cause significant pain to the fish as well as physical damage. The lesions caused by the parasites should be treated to prevent secondary infection as well as aid in healing. Carefully dab the wounds with Methylene Blue. If you suspect that your fish may have a secondary bacterial infection, it is highly recommended to supplement treatment with a medicated antibacterial food.

He poops small amounts which look normal and white, there doesnt seem to be anything attached to him and he is a normal color everywhere, no red? Theres no change, shall i keep giving them peas?

Bless him if the swelling hasn't gone down now he not good i'm afraid, all i can suggest is an epson salt bath to see if it helps, sorry.
