Bloated Betta?

The patches on him do they look like bleaching beneath the skin?
Do the patches look slimey in appearance?
Do the look a greyish white?
Any pink, or red areas to the patches?
Or the patches eating the scales away?
Do the patches have a fluffy texture to them?

It's just a single patch under his chin, it looks more like loss of coloration rather than something fungal, I hope.

If anything, I would say the patch looks as if it would be dry to the touch rather than slimey.
It does have a grayish white tinge to the area.
No pink or red areas, it doesn't appear to be having an effect on his scales and definitely has no fluffy texture to it.

Its not looking great,

I completed the full week treatment of Interpet anti internal bacteria and tonic salts, which appears to have made no difference.
So now I have just finished a three day treatment of ESHA 2000 (fungus, finrot and bacteria treatment) also with very little success.
The slightly discolored patch hasn't progressed an further, I don't think its columnaris but i can't be sure.
Also i still haven't been able to get him to take any food.

Is there any chance he could just be really badly constipated?
I imagine a large blockage could effect his swim bladder and make him loose all apatite.
He just isn't deteriorating as quickly as i would expect from a sick fish.

Sorry to hear there no improvement.
Peas and daphnia. But the fish isn't eating. try soaking the peas in garlic juice to stimulate
appetite.
You can double dose the anti internal bacteria medication in severe cases. But it only really affective
on mild bacteria infections.
You could also try epsom salt baths.

The grey patch does it show any pink, or red patches also.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing?
Is it possible to load a pic of the fish onto the site?
