Had a great day yesterday, will go back today to take photos :good:

I haven't been able to get near any black swans to get any pictures as up around my way they are not tame or used to getting hand outs of food. I did get some nice pics of a local one of our local lagoons still full from our recent floods full of water lily's. There was also some whistling ducks on the waters edge but there was no way to get close to them.

The odd duck out in the above pic is a male Maned Wood Duck the female is a bit further to the right and doesn't have such an obvious dark head. The rest of the birds are whistling ducks and a couple of cormarants.

The Lagoon all the ducks where hanging out at.

I did get a couple of pics of a pair of Pale Headed Parrots on my backyard feeder, but the computer is refusing to recognise my camera's sim card thing so I will have to upload the pics later.

Ok finally got the computer to read the photo card

THe first pic is not very good I'm afraid of a Rufous Fantail, a relation to the more commonly seen Willy Wagtail.

The Pale headed parrots or Rosellas are quite pretty, rather timid and can be agro towards other birds when in an avairy.
