Blackmoor With A White 'zit'

For the last few weeks one of my Blackmoors has had what looks like a white zit or ulcer on its mouth. At first I thought it might have been ick but its actually more like a skin tag. It only has the one white lump and the other fish arent affected. It doesnt seem to be bothering the fish at all but was just wondering what it could be.

Have you tested your water yet? So the white zit thing is still.. it doesn't move? If it moves... could it possibly be a worm, do you think? You can try treating with Melafix; should clear up in a few days. Mmmm... you can try taking your fish to the LFS or Petco (whichever) and they can maybe identify it and help you. Take him to the store to get the pimple thing indentified first, just to make sure it's ok to treat with whichever medication to treat.

Are you SURE it's not ich? maybe it's the start of ich?

Definitely doesn't move and its had it for about 5-6 weeks now and has looked exactly the same. The other fish in the tank have no marks at all.

It's not whitespot if the other fish are spotless after the "zit" has been there for weeks.
