Black Molly

Are the inside of a black mollies gills supposed to be white? I just got two today and they're like this and I'm concerned about it. Especially when I see them from the bottom I can clearly see white along the gills and I guess it's behind the anal fin as well. The male I already had doesn't seem to have this. I'm hoping it's not some kind of parasite or disease.

But I can tell you that I have a black/blue platy and he has a white anal fin........

I have a female black mollie exactly the same with the white behind the gills, as far as I know this is normal, I dont think its anything to worry about.

I'm glad it's not a concern though I don't like the look of it at least she's nog sick.

One of them dropped fry yesterday! I found 8 and put them in a breeding net to keep them safe.
