black mollie

I have a pair of black mollies, one of them, the one with the longer tail fin appears to have what looks like tiny air bubbles on it. I don't think it is white spot or ich it just doesn't look like it anyway. Also the same fish is wiggling its tailfin back and forth.

Could it be eggs or something?

I'm not sure what it could be, but i dont think its eggs!

maybe have a really close look and it may seem like something else ? maybe a liftes scale ?

I think I have this once on the side of one of my platies it was almost like a fungi, I still don't know what it was, the fish sadly died after a couple of days but it didn't seem to spread to any other fish. Perhaps some kind of fungal treatment ?? Sorry can't be of more help maybe I lose my title the livebearer king
