Black Ghost Knife Versus Red Torpedo Bard

would this combination be possible in a 75 g or a 90 g I would take 6 RTBarbs and 1 black ghost knife

This are 2 of my favorite fish and it would make me verry happy if a could put them in one tank

They sound compatible. There should be no electrical field problems. The BGK can't eat the red torpedo barbs obviously....

The Roseline sharks aren't known for bothering other fish.

You're gonna have to do lighted tank, some thicker edge plants, a few mid plants, get a good open mid swimming space for the RTB, and then get tubing/caves for the Black Ghost.

90g sounds like it'd work, but I'd go with 120 if possible at all

what other fish would be in the plan, if you have any others in mind?

No other fish maybe 2 more RTB would try to give them us much space possible

As Gankutsuou says, try for a 120gal, this will enable the Black ghosts to be in a group which suits them better as they are more secure.

I would be very edgey about putting BGK in groups in less than a 150 gallon tank (6x2x2). While they do not go all out to kill each other as many people say they will, they do like their own territory and I would never say they need groups.

You should not have any problems mixing a BGKF with Red line torpedo barbs.

I would not put more than 1 BGKF in there, recipe for trouble. If one doesn't go for the other, one will become dominant and the other will not get sufficient food or room to free swim.

Both of these comments I make from a position of experience.
