Black Ghost Knife Concerns

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!​

Ive had my BGK for a year now. He is about a foot long. Recently his two stripes on his tail have changed from a pronounced yellow to a off-white shade. I have no clue for the reason. Does anyone know whats happening Is it related to breeding, infection, fungus, water quality, etc....

Any advice is greatly appreciated

they are meant to be white any way nothing to be worried about. you could check your water if you wanted to though, better to be on the safe side isn't it. as long as there is no "furriness" on him/her, its not fungus

if its just a colour change, i wouldnt be too concerned. The yellow band on the tail is supost to be white anyways!
