:)

Now I've seen this I want to scream and smash something in sheer frustration. I made a post in the tropical section post on people hating goldfish. I won't repeat myself . This size environment is an abomination. Seriously.

Speaking of size:

Is there any truth in the old saying that a fish only grows to fit the size of it's bowl? In other words, if my chum keeps her fish in a bowl, will they stay the size they are (about three inches)?

Often this is the case, The body grows but its internal organs do not and the fish size becomes stunted if kept in cramped conditions, shortening the life span. Bowls aren't the best choice for fish, the surface area doesn't fit the volume of water and this is bad for oxygen in the water. Brians really pretty! =] and for those fish a biorb might not be the best choice. Biorbs and Biubes are incredibly expensive for what they provide and look difficult to clean to. The filtration isn't rated aswell.

A bog standered rectangle tank or something of the sort would be perfect.
:good:

Sorry for the double post, I have to agree, the water quality must be terrible >_<
Still, the move to a bigger tank can only be good!
