BiOrb aquarium cracked !

Hi I can’t remember as I bought it a few years ago it was £80 the height of it is around 18.5 cm and width is around 14cm does this help ?
That seems very small. 18.5 cm is only about 7 inches. Your bio-orb wouldn't hold much more than a litre. Are you sure you aren't measuring in inches?

Smallest BiOrb is 15litres, but whether that is the volume of water it can hold is another thing?
I’m not sure if this help but here is a picture of it in comparison to a banana

EU is all about the metric......hence the 568mm of beer measurement..........
Not in this house . . . :mad:

As a Brit, I retain Imperial measurements in my very mitochondrial DNA . . .

I might pay lip service to this so-called "metric", but I don't believe that it actually exists, other than in the twisted minds of dystopian science fiction writers and politicians (HUGE overlap on the VENN diagram regarding these two groups).

Like every other red-blooded, rain-drenched, tea-sodden Brit, I go into shops selling stuff in kilograms and litres, and buy what I want by the pound or the pint.

When I see these obscene and irrational metric measurements on prepared ready-packed items, I mentally convert them. I have handy mnemonics for this. (eg "A litre of water's a pint and three-quarters", "A kilo of flour will easily fit, if you remember it weighs 2lbs and a bit" etc)

If I should die, think only this of me;
There is some corner of a foreign EU legislative diktat
That is forever England . . .
