Big Hello To Everyone

Hi Everyone. My name's Andy as you probably guessed from my forum name. I am 32 years old and live in Winsford,Cheshire in the UK.
I used to have a 2ft tank when I was living with my parents,this was over 10 years ago now though. Thinking back now, I never really knew what I was doing back then though as I don't think I ever even did a water change or did any water tests !!. Maybe I went into it a bit lightly last time and didn't research things beforehand, little wonder that most of them died.

Things are a lot different now though. I researched and researched this time though and it has definitely paid dividends. I sought advice from a few of my LFS and on the internet including this brilliant site that I am on now and it made me realise my failings from last time which I will not be repeating. My new tank was established in November and I have not had a single problem yet, I have got regular partial water changes and water tests to thank for that.

Anyway, enough about me, I'm here to gain more knowledge and make new friends so feel free to PM me if you like.
