anyway there is no harm planning ahead. but planning and dreaming are different things though. T1 does have his points when he says get the tank first. i mean from there its a straight road front. but of course not saying there shouldnt be any planning done before hand.

i think pple were just thinking u were taking the piss m8 , but i dont see wot all the fuss is about 10 gallon , 10000000 gallon wots the diffence just hold fish either way lol i agree planning more than 12 mnths ahead seems a little pionless, major things can happen 2 stop u doing or getting any size tank in that time

grow up because im trying to get a rouch estimate on the price of the tank, and seeing if i can afford it, rather then start and then realise i can?

a stocking level is something you add to over time

you dont go out set up the tank then buy all the fish the week after

something like a 450gal can take years to stock

you dont go out buy a african aro 10 x endys 20 x butterfly fish and what other fish you are planning do you

I completely disagree with everything you have said between this thread and the other. You give terrible advice and there is never a problem planning ahead whether its 10 years or 1 day. It doesnt matter. Why would you suggest not planning ahead and just go buy the tank. What if he gets his 1,000 gallon realizes he wants a great white and should have bought a 100,000 gallon. Then hes #### out of luck. The difference between his thread and yours is hes serious about his tank and he's 16 looking to get all the information he can get. Your an asshole and in the middle of a mid-life crisis and hate it.
