BGk taking 40 winks

I keep spotting my 8inch BGK just laying on it's side.

First time i noticed i got worried and put some nice fresh live blodworm in to see how he would react........straight up and hovering it all up!!

So is he literally taking 40 winks??

yes he is, they tend to do that alot during the day, i once spotted mine laying on the sand with his head on a rock how weird is that! most of the time mine just sleeps with the oscar

I'm glad he is, I thought it must take alot of energy to move there fins all the time, no wonder they need nap time.

Heh, my oscar is always begging for food

one of mine sleeps upside down wedged between leaves on my amazonian sword and the other sleeps nose down in a large hollow fake drift wood pice....

neither like the clear tube at all.
