Also, he has these tiny white dots on his mouth...i know its a disease but what is it?
It could be mouth rot (mouth "fungus"). This condition is commonly associated with white fungal-like growth, which are in fact colonies of column-like bacteria (Flexibacter columnaris). If mouth rot is not treated, the erosion can spread and secondary infections by other organisms can occur.

Mouth rot can be treated with medications like MelaFix® (an antibacterial remedy) or Interpet® Aquarium Treatment No. 8 (a remedy for bacterial and fungal infections). Personally, I prefer MelaFix®.

One of my guys makes a clicking noise when he gets near the top, but that is the closest I can come up with.

I notice a small almost chewing sound when i feed them, but that does bring up a lot of questions. I hope more will post on this subject.

You know how betta eat pellets? Their mouth goes upward? Yeah he was doing that for about four times while he was on the bottom of the container. Click click click click. It was pretty loud almost as loud as you typing you're keyboard.

I don't know about pellets as i don't feed them any. -_- But we're talking about the same noise. Funny isn't it, i thought it was me at first then i was like...lol it's the bettas.
