i know this will sound stupid but ive been looking at people feeding there fry and i know they start with microworms then bbs then some kind of worm thing what is this and where can i get some from in the UK, also does anyone know how to keep them alive and culture them?

blood worms, white worms, black worms? what kind of worms are you looking for? bettas fry can pretty much feed on bbs most of their developeing stages, then its just a jump to worms and dry foods. im not even sure u need micro worms to starte off with, they might be able to take bbs right away, i could be wrong thogh

Aquabid is a great spot to order cultures if you can't find them locally.
