Betta Water Temperature?

Mine is currently at 76*

What's recommended?

I ask only because my RedBull seems lethargic. Just done the 3 main water checks, 0-0-20 as usual.

No outward signs and was feeding ok half hour ago. He may just be in a mood but if this continues he's going in the big tank and I'm shutting his down if he doesn't appreciate it.

Take it up to 78 and see how he gets on. It's usually around 76-78 degrees C .

Ours are kept at 81/82 so an increase in temp may well perk him up more.

I keep mine automatically at a 78 F, and he's extremely active, but I heard they prefer 78-81 F.
