betta male and fry

well as u might know my bettas bred and i now have fry but because its been a while since i last vred them i just need to know when would be best to take him away from the fry.
they hatched last night arouns 10:00pm and he has been with them all day so do i take him away from them tomorrow ?

The sooner the better. The male isn't needed once the eggs hatch. The recommended time is 2-3 days after the fish hatch.

Actually you need to keep him with the fry until they are free swimming (about 3 days after hatching). The babies will fall out of the nest and he needs to be there to catch/collect them and put them back up in the nest. He will also add more bubbles to the nest if it starts to disentegrate. If they fall to the bottom and can't get back up to the nest, they will die. So once you see the babies are free swimming, then take the father out.
