Betta Help Pleeeaseeee!!

A couple weeks ago I noticed white patches under my fishes fin and around it. It's also inflamed. At first I thought the white patches could be ick so I turned up the heat and started adding salt. I did the treatment for a little over a week but nothing changed. I searched on the internet for what it could be but nothing matches what she has. She doesn't act sick - she eats and is very active. I've been getting in contact with multiple veterinarians but none of them look at fish. Does anyone on here have any ideas on what it could be and what I can do??
